Trial Attorney
Andre Archuleta is an associate trial attorney who represents Plaintiffs in civil litigation, in state and federal courts. Andre is driven by ensuring corporations, the government, and insurance companies are held accountable when they harm or kill individuals. Andre is committed to helping injured people and their families throughout New Mexico during the most challenging times of their lives. Andre’s fearlessness, compassion, work ethic, and knowledge of the law make him an exceptionally effective trial attorney and advocate for his clients.
A native New Mexican and lifelong athlete, after graduation from St. Pius X High School, Andre attended the University of New Mexico and played for the Lobos football team. For his achievements as an NCAA student-athlete, Andre was named a Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete and Lobo Scholar-Athlete. He was also nominated for the Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award. Andre received his Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science from The University of New Mexico in 2015. He graduated from the University of New Mexico Honors College with a minor in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies.
Andre went on to pursue his law degree at the University of New Mexico School of Law. During law school, Andre earned academic honors on both the Dean’s List and Honor Roll. Andre began his career as an advocate for the wrongfully injured in 2016 when he was selected as an Arturo Jaramillo Summer Law Clerk and worked throughout law school at one of the top personal injury law firms in New Mexico. While in law school, Andre rechartered the student chapter of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association (“STLA”) and served as president of the organization for two years, helping develop the next generation of attorneys committed to helping those who have been wrongfully injured in New Mexico. After working as an associate attorney for one of the most effective trial law firms in New Mexico, Andre joined McGraw Law in 2024.
Andre is an active member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association (“NMTLA”) and currently serves on the NMTLA Board of Directors. In 2022, he founded the NMTLA New Trial Lawyers Association (“NewTLA”) and has served as the Medical Malpractice Editor and then the Civil Rights Editor of The New Mexico Trial Lawyer Journal since 2021. Andre is also an active member of the American Association for Justice (“AAJ”) where he is a proud member of the AAJ Leadership Academy Class of 2024 and has served as the AAJ Revitalization Governor for New Mexico since 2024. Andre and his wife, a proud public defender, share their home with 4 dogs and 4 cats. He enjoys spending his free time working on and cruising lowriders, reading, and exploring New Mexico and the world with his family and pets.
