As personal injury lawyers in this community, every accident we see reminds us of all the dangers on the road.
Recently the Las Cruces Sun News reported a Las Cruces man died Wednesday afternoon in a single-vehicle rollover crash northeast of the city, and investigators believe it was alcohol-related.
The driver, who was 57, died in the crash, according to a news release from the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say speed and alcohol appear to be factors in the crash, and the driver was reportedly also not wearing a seat belt.
Staying sober when behind the wheel, driving the speed limit, and wearing seat belts saves hundreds of lives each year. Personal injury lawyers work on cases involving injury to people in vehicles and know first had the devastation that can be caused.
